Our Frenchies' Whole-food Diet
This is the exact whole-food, low-fat diet we prepare and feed our Pluffie family every week, made to support skin health, digestion, and energy while being gentle on sensitive stomachs.

Fresh Raw Bowl
Why it’s great: Clean, whole-food nutrition that supports healthy skin, digestion, and energy.
Ingredients:
½ cup ground beef – 1 chicken heart (chopped) – 1/4 cup cooked sweet potatoes – 1/4 cup shredded carrots – 1/4 cup chopped green beans –
½ Tbsp fish oil – ½ raw egg
Directions:
Mix the ground beef with the chicken heart, vegetables, and sweet potatoes. Add the egg, finish with fish oil, and serve fresh or chilled.
Chicken & Rice Comfort Mix
Why it’s great: Gentle on sensitive stomachs. (Beware of Chicken allergy)
Ingredients:
1 lb boiled chicken breast - 1 cup cooked white rice - ½ cup carrots -
½ cup green beans - 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
Directions:
Boil chicken and veggies, mix with rice and pumpkin, cool before serving.
Turkey & Veggie Patties


Why it’s great: Low-fat and great for weight control.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey - 1 cup shredded zucchini or carrot- 1 egg - ½ cup oats
Directions:
Mix, form patties, bake at 350°F for 20–25 mins, cool before serving.

Pumpkin Oat Treats
Why it’s great: Tasty, and great for sensitive stomachs.
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups oat flour - ½ cup pumpkin puree - 2 eggs - 1 Tbsp cinnamon -
2 Tbsp honey
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients, cut into shapes, or put in molds and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
