Are your dogs health tested? Yes. All of our studs undergo full DNA and health testing through trusted partners like AKC and Animal Genetics. We provide full reports to verified breeders before any planned pairing.
Do we offer a health guarantee? The Pluffie Company offers a two-year genetic health guarantee from the puppy’s date of birth, covering serious hereditary or congenital conditions that significantly affect quality of life. All puppies are vet-checked prior to placement. Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival to maintain this guarantee. If a severe genetic condition is diagnosed within two years, and confirmed by veterinary documentation, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter, when available. No cash refunds are provided. This guarantee does not cover injuries, neglect, improper care, environmental factors, or minor or cosmetic conditions. The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer. Proof of spay or neuter is required for pet-only puppies.
Do we offer a return policy? At The Pluffie Company, the well-being of our dogs is our top priority. If at any point you are unable to keep your puppy, we require that the puppy be returned to us. Puppies may not be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or third party. We do not offer refunds once a puppy has been placed, except as outlined in our health guarantee. Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Returned puppies must be in good health and up to date on veterinary care. Any return-related transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This policy applies to the original buyer only and helps ensure every Pluffie puppy is responsibly and permanently placed.
How does The Pluffie Company protect clients? We share full health and DNA reports, provide verified contracts, and always offer phone or video communication before any transaction. We believe in complete transparency to protect both buyers and our dogs.
How often should I get updates on my puppy? You should expect weekly photos/videos, and the option for live video verification. You should never be left wondering how your puppy is doing or if what you're seeing is real.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept safe, professional payment options only: • Square invoices • PayPal Business • Zelle (for verified breeders only) These methods offer clear records, receipts, and real protection for both parties.
Why don’t you accept Cash App, personal Venmo, or similar apps? These platforms offer no dispute protection, no business support, and are commonly associated with online scams. For your safety and ours, we only use secure, traceable business payment services.
Do you require a deposit? Yes. A $500 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your Pluffie puppy. This deposit is applied to the total purchase price. Once the deposit is received and a reservation agreement is signed by both parties, your puppy is officially held and removed from availability, ensuring it is reserved exclusively for your family.
Will I get a receipt or paperwork for my payment? Absolutely. Every payment comes with: - A digital receipt - A recorded invoice - A confirmation email You will always have clear documentation for your records.
Can I pay in cash? Cash can be accepted in person only, and must be accompanied by a signed receipt. This option is typically used for repeat clients.
What should I expect from a responsible breeder? A responsible breeder provides clear paperwork, consistent communication, and honest answers. You should always receive verified photos/videos, DNA information, registration details, and health records from both parents and the puppy.
